"MiniMix" or "the Company"). This "Privacy Protection Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") outlines
how MiniMix collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use our software services.
MiniMix attaches great importance to your privacy. Please read this policy carefully before using our software
services. MiniMix will take all reasonable efforts to protect the personal information collected during your use
of our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By purchasing or using the software services provided by MiniMix, you acknowledge that you have read and fully
understood the contents of this Policy, agree to MiniMix's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your
personal information according to this Policy, and consent to be bound by all terms herein. Please note that
this Policy does not apply to:
- Information collected by third-party services accessed through our products and/or services (including any
third-party websites);
- Information collected by other companies or organizations providing advertising services within our products
and/or services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to products or services provided by third parties that you access through
our products or services. Please be aware that when you use third-party products or services, the protection of
your personal data is governed by the privacy policy of that third party.
2. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
The personal information we collect during your use of our services depends on how you interact with us. We may

- Account Information: When you create a MiniMix account or log in using your MiniMix, Google, or Apple
account, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your email address, phone number, and
password.
- Device Information: Includes device model, system type, system version, screen size, hardware device serial
number, MAC address, unique device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, OpenUDID, SIM card IMSI), time zone,
language settings.
- Log Information: When you use the services provided by our client, we automatically collect detailed usage
information as part of network logs. For example, your search queries, IP address, telecom operator, language,
access date and time, etc.
- Payment Information:
- Your subscription plan and payment details, including subscription details, payment amount, order ID,
and payment time.
- MiniMix does not receive or store your payment information.
- Operational Services:
- Keep you informed about new features and marketing campaigns.
- Provide you with discounts and new content information.
- Collect usage feedback to improve and optimize user experience.
- Fulfill internal operational needs, such as troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research,
statistics, and surveys, and seek your feedback.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics to improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relations,
and user experience. This includes processing technical information, service usage data, and customer service
information.
- Photos You Upload:
- This includes the prompts you provide and the generated photos.
- Regarding facial images:
- When you upload a photo/facial image to MiniMix, we ensure the secure transmission and encryption of
the data to our servers. Our AI algorithms analyze the photo you uploaded and apply it to the template
you choose to generate stylized images. It is important to note that no biometric data is collected or
processed during this process.
- The photos you upload are processed on MiniMix's servers solely for generating the requested image.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Once the generation process is completed,
the photos you provided will be deleted immediately. We store anonymous or aggregated data only for as
long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
3. How We Share or Disclose Your Personal Information
3.1 Sharing
- We will not share or transfer your personal information to third parties unless you authorize us to do so,
or the information shared or transferred is de-identified such that it cannot be used to identify you.
- We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers: We may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and
analyze usage, process payments, and communicate with you.
- With third parties you authorize: For example, Google, Facebook. If you click on third-party links, you
may be redirected to external websites. Please note that these external websites are not operated by us.

control, nor are we responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party
websites or services.

data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and submitting such information, you consent to its transfer. The company
will take all reasonable and necessary steps to ensure that your data is securely handled in accordance with

adequate controls in place to ensure its safety and compliance with this Privacy Policy.
